Shipping Policy

We do our best to process your order within 24 hours of us receiving it. You will be notified of the receipt of your order as well as an additional notification with tracking when your item is shipped.  

Shipping Damage:

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Any box damage must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery by marking damaged near signature.  All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping. All shipments have $50 of insurance via USPS.
